This New Year I thought it might be fun to play around with
the sparkling wine flavors that we have. We have a ton of good options, From
Cava to Extra Dry Champagne. With the recipe below you can use lemon zest, or
Key lime zest, even orange zest!! Play around with the flavors and let us know
what works best for you. I am going to try the Terra Savia Brut Rouge with
lemon zest and rose hips… How are you ringing in 2016?
