Hello everyone,
In celebration of Heart Health Month February, we
are bringing in some great new olive oils from Organic Roots. Organic Roots is
an up and coming family owned business. They farm and cultivate their own
olives and produce extra virgin olive oil from their harvest. Their olive oil
comes in three distinct flavors: Arbequina, Arbosana, and Koronekei.
Organic Roots olives are cultivated from Polit
Farms, a family owned farm with roots dating back 100 years and originally a
cattle and dairy ranch. In 1983, Polit Farms was officially born when the
family began producing organic rice. A short time later, organic olives were
planted with the intent on producing authentic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. In 2012,
Organic Roots was formed.
The family’s passion for creating a high quality,
flavorful olive oil true to the extra virgin name is evident. Organic Roots is “born
from the belief that great EVOO shouldn’t be an ocean away”. They are on a
mission to “to change the organic EVOO industry” by bringing to the market a
truly authentic and honest Extra Virgin olive oil.
Come on in and try this wonderfully aromatic, all
organic olive oil—free from impurities. We will be doing a demo for this olive oil
on February 4th around 11am.
